Terms & Conditions

DT Physio Ltd provides private, self-funded physiotherapy services delivered in patients’ homes, care homes, or community settings. Appointments are booked directly with DT Physio and payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services are provided on a private basis and are not funded by insurers. Physiotherapy treatment is tailored to individual needs following assessment. While every effort is made to support recovery and improvement, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Patients are expected to provide accurate medical information, inform the physiotherapist of any changes in health, and follow advice provided during treatment. DT Physio Ltd reserves the right to discontinue treatment if it is no longer clinically appropriate, if safety concerns arise, or if terms are not adhered to.

Complaints Policy

DT Physio Ltd aims to provide a high standard of physiotherapy care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to raise your concerns so they can be addressed promptly and fairly. Complaints should be raised as soon as possible, either verbally or in writing. Wherever appropriate, concerns will be discussed and resolved informally. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it should be submitted in writing. Complaints will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and investigated thoroughly. A written response will be provided outlining findings and any actions taken. Making a complaint will not affect your ongoing care. Contact for complaints: Email: info@dtphysio.co.uk

Safeguarding

DT Physio Ltd is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all patients. Many individuals receiving physiotherapy may be vulnerable due to age, illness, disability, or social circumstances. Physiotherapists working on behalf of DT Physio are trained to recognise safeguarding concerns and act appropriately. This includes concerns relating to neglect, abuse, coercion, or situations where a patient may be at risk of harm. If a safeguarding concern is identified, appropriate action will be taken in line with local safeguarding procedures and legal requirements. Where necessary, concerns may be escalated to relevant authorities to ensure patient safety. Patients, families, or carers who have safeguarding concerns are encouraged to raise them promptly.

DT Physio Ltd is committed to making its services and website accessible to all users. We aim to ensure that information on this website is clear, easy to read, and accessible across devices. Home physiotherapy services are delivered in environments familiar to patients, allowing care to be adapted to individual needs.
