Stroke & Neurological Rehabilitation

DT Physio provides home-based neurological physiotherapy for individuals living with neurological conditions, including stroke and other acquired neurological disorders.

Rehabilitation focuses on improving movement, balance, coordination, and functional ability while supporting confidence and safety within the home environment. Treatment follows evidence-based neurological rehabilitation principles and is tailored to the individual’s presentation and recovery goals.

This service supports people who require structured physiotherapy input at home and benefit from rehabilitation delivered at an appropriate pace, with carers involved where helpful.

How care is delivered
